Shipping Policy

• Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options.
• Get a ₹50 discount on prepaid orders above ₹450.
• A ₹50 COD handling fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders. Shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable on orders below ₹450.
Free shipping on orders above ₹450.
• Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer an easy return and replacement process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact.

Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item:

• Share clear images and an unboxing video with us.
• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Unboxing Video Requirements:

• Must clearly show the package label with Order ID
• Should be continuous (no cuts or edits)
• Product should be clearly visible

Without proper unboxing video proof, claims may not be accepted.

Return for Other Reasons

If you wish to return a product for any other reason:

• You can request a return within 48 hours
• A full refund will be issued after quality check
• Product must be returned in original packaging

• Return pickup is not available
• Customer must self-ship the product
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer

• Share courier details with us

Quality Check & Refund

• Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection
• If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• If product is found used, damaged, or incomplete, refund may be rejected
